LDRS 420 Assignment – Climate Change

Climate change is a change in the usual weather found in a place. This could be a change in how much rain a place usually gets in a year. Or it could be a change in a place’s usual temperature for a month or season.

Climate change is also a change in Earth’s climate. This could be a change in Earth’s usual temperature. Or it could be a change in where rain and snow usually fall on Earth.

Weather can change in just a few hours. Climate takes hundreds or even millions of years to change. (NASA, 2014)

You are the CEO of a company. Discuss this with members of your team and present your findings.

Please keep in mind the following:

• How it changes the lives of your teams in the workplace (team change)?

• How it changes the way your organization operates (organizational change)?

• How the impact of change on you personally and your responses to change?

Assignment Guidelines 

• You are expected to produce a PowerPoint for this presentation (at least five slides)

• Three to five minutes for their presentation.

• It will be timed, and there will be an allowance of fifteen seconds for each presenter. Marks may be deducted if it is too long or too short. E.g., 0ne percent will be deducted for every two seconds over and under the time limit.

• Your speaking notes must accompany the PowerPoint slides, but you are not to read off them.

· Reference page(s) must accompany your PowerPoint.
